Washington Dulles International Airport Parking

Situated 42km west of Washington city center, the huge Washington Dulles International Airport caters to nearly 20 million passengers every year. With its multiple security layers, the airport is one of the safest airports in the United States and services destinations around the globe with regular daily links to Europe and Asia.

The airport consists of one terminal and four concourses; A-D, all of which offer ATMs, exchange bureaux, stamp vending machines and post-boxes. Hotel telephone centers are positioned on the lower level of the main terminal in the ground transportation centers. Left luggage lockers are not yet provided.

Bars, restaurants and cafés are located in all the concourses, including McDonald's, Vie de France, Starbuck's, Pizza-Hut, Ben & Jerrys' and Cinnabon.

There is a wide selection of shops available, including shoeshine, newsagents, duty-free shops, gift shops, sweet shops, a music shop, leather goods stores, sunglasses outlets and jewelers.

Information
On the lower level of the baggage reclaim, international travelers can obtain extra information and can call (+1)703 572 2536 for more information. Travelers' Aid services (tel: (+1) 703 572 8296) - are available at the information counter, which is also located on the baggage reclaim level. Travelers' Aid ambassadors are to be found on concourses B, C and D.

Business facilities
Business centers, located at the eastern end (tel: (+1) 703 572 2963) and western end (tel: (+1) 703 572 2969) of the main terminal's upper level, provide exchange bureaux, insurance services, fax, photocopying, and more. Smaller centers can be found in Concourses B, C and D.

Disability assistance
Wheelchairs and special assistance for the disabled can be arranged upon request. TDD phones are located in the main terminals and all concourses, while a visual paging system is provided on Concourse B and in the main terminal. Specially adapted toilets are also available and lifts have Braille signage.

Parking lots have specifically designed spaces set aside for disabled passengers and are conveniently located close to the terminal elevators or nearby the shuttle bus station connecting the parking lot to the terminal.

Public transport
By taxi, the Washington Flyer Taxicabs, which serve Dulles International Airport exclusively, provide a convenient and rapid 24-hour service.

The National Airport and West Falls Church Metro Station are connected by the Washington Flyer Express Bus service, which also connects Metrorail and the West Falls Metro Station. Greyhound buses are available for a larger choice of destinations in Virginia.

Private vehicles
By car, drive west along the I-66 until you reach exit 67, then follow airport signs from Washington DC city center.

Hourly and daily parking are at walking distance from the main terminal. Long term and economy parking lots are connected with a free shuttle service to the terminals.
