Chicago O'Hare International Airport Parking

Chicago O'Hare International Airport is located 20 miles northwest of Chicago city center and is one of the world's busiest airports. It is a transportation hub for the whole of the United States and has won an award as the 'Best Airport in North America'.

The airport has one international terminal and three domestic terminals, with a fourth under construction. However, all terminals offer international flights. The Airport Transit System (ATS) rail service provides a convenient way to travel between terminals.

ATMs are found at each ticket area of the terminals, and exchange bureaux are widespread. You will also find a post box in Concourse D near the ticket counters.

A great variety of restaurants, bars and shops are found throughout the airport, and Asian, French and US cuisine are featured at the main food court.

There are duty-free shops, a golf shop, newsagents and leather goods stores that offer plenty of gift options for shoppers.

Information
Information desks are available at all terminals, and representatives are also provided to help passengers. For further information contact the main information desk (tel: 773 686 2200). Flight information can also be found at Chicago O'Hare International Airport

Disability assistance
TDD phones as well as parking facilities are available for disabled persons. Wheelchairs are distributed throughout the airport.

Public transport
Metered taxis are available from all terminals, at the lower level of the terminals. Shared taxi-vans are also available. Both services operate around the clock.

The Chicago Transit Authority's (CTA) Blue Line rail service operates between Chicago O'Hare and central Chicago. Terminals 1, 2 or 3 are connected by pedestrian tunnels to the train station which is found on the lowest level of the main parking garage. There is a large map near the entrance of the station for information on times and destinations.

Hotel buses and shuttles are found at the Bus/Shuttle Center on the ground floor of the parking garage and can be reached from Terminals 1, 2 and 3 by pedestrian walkways. Shuttles leave the airport every 5 to 10 minutes.

Private vehicles
If travelling by car, take the I-465 loop and take the Airport Expressway exit.

Hourly, daily and valet parking are found between Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Parking is also available near the International Terminal. Long term parking is located off Bessie Coleman Drive and Zemke Road, where you can access the airport via free shuttles or by using the ATS.
