The single terminal building opens from 05:30. The airport information desk is located in the arrivals area (tel: + 44 289 045 7745).

Most of the airport's snack bars, cafés and restaurants are open from 06:30 - 21:30 and are found in the departures lounge. You can also find several book and gift shops and a post box within the terminal.

ATMs are situated in the departure lounge, where you'll also find wireless Internet access and internet cafés.

The Conference Suite provides photocopy, fax, secretarial, message taking and catering services, as well as a number of conference and meeting rooms (tel. 028 9093 5265).

There is a special check-in desk for disabled passengers. Other facilities include an induction loop and text phone at the information desk, staff trained in sign language, lifts, specially designed toilets and dedicated parking.

There is a shuttle bus service from the airport to nearby Sydenham Station, from where trains leave every half-hour (06:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday, hourly after 18:00 and on weekends) to Central and Victoria St Stations.

A direct bus service connects the airport terminal to Belfast Europa Bus Centre every 40 minutes (06:25 - 21:50). The Airporter service operates six coaches daily to Londonderry (bookings: 028 7126 9996).

Taxis operate from outside the terminal building (all wheelchair-friendly). From the city, follow signs for City Airport / Bangor along the A2 Sydenham Bypass for about three kilometres. The airport access road is on the left. Both the long- and short-term car parks are operated by credit or debit card.
